As a lifetime fitness enthusiast, I’m passionate about health, fitness, and mindfulness while also embracing a little indulgence. I enjoy burgers, French fries, music, dance, and delicious bakes – it’s all about striking that fun balance! With 35 years of experience in the fitness industry as a YMCA-certified Advanced Master Coach, my goal is to inspire others on their fitness journey.
